There are two ways of airflow movement of the exhaust port (intake): one is the suction flow of the airflow from the suction port, and the other is the blowing flow of the airflow from the outlet. Most of the exhaust pipes of smokeless barbecue equipment suck in air at the suction port.

Inhalation of air flow: The opening is a simple suction port. When the suction port inhales, negative pressure is formed near the suction port, and the surrounding air flows from all directions to the suction port, forming a convergence of the suction airflow. When the area of the suction port is small, it can be regarded as a point sink, forming a radial line with the suction port as the center and a constant velocity sphere with the suction port as the center.

In the formula, q is the gas velocity, m3/S; R1 and U2 are the gas velocity on spheres 1 and 2, M/S; R1 and R2 are the radii of spheres 1 and 2, M.

According to the formula, the speed of a point outside the point is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the point to the suction port. Therefore, when designing the smoke exhaust pipe, the distance between the smokeless barbecue equipment and the pollution source should be shortened as much as possible to improve the collection efficiency.

Two. Analysis of the cause of damage to the smokeless barbecue fan

In the use of smokeless grills, the fan is an important part of the grill. The damage of its components will seriously affect the use of the equipment, cause a large amount of smoke and dust emissions, and also make the grilled food gelatinized and gas The smell is very heavy and affects the taste and health of the food. We need to understand the reasons for the damage of the fan.

1. When the smokeless BBQ grill fan starts, the fuse is blown. the reason:

① The driven machine is stuck.

② The bearing is damaged.

③ The transmission belt is too tight.

④ The connection direction of the sub-coils is opposite.

⑤ Misoperation during startup.

⑥ The stator coil is short-circuited or grounded.

2. The fan speed is low after the smokeless grill is started. the reason:

① Connect the delta-connected fan into a star shape.

② The power supply voltage is too low.

③ The fan is overloaded.

④ The rotor short-circuit ring, cage bar is broken or welded.

⑤ The stator coil is short-circuited.

Therefore, there are many reasons for the failure of the smokeless grill fan. Through the understanding of the above reasons, the probability of fan damage can be effectively reduced. The main purpose is to regularly maintain and clean the smokeless barbecue grill to solve the problem in time to avoid the increase of faults and affect the use of the equipment.
