There are also various grills on the market, but there are three commonly used: charcoal grills, gas grills and electric ovens. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these three grills?

1. Charcoal grill

As a mainstream oven, most barbecue enthusiasts will choose a charcoal stove. Because charcoal burns hotter than gas, it is more suitable for grilling steak and other meats. Moreover, the charcoal stove is relatively dry, very suitable for ordinary barbecue and fumigation.

Advantage:

(1) High temperature, suitable for grilling steaks and other meats.

(2) Dry, not easy to cook, the baked food has a pure taste and strong flavor.

Disadvantages:

Charcoal stoves are more troublesome to use, and need barbecue stoves to provide more energy. Including the carbon issue in the early stage, you need to pay attention to the real-time firepower. After the barbecue, you not only need to clean the grill, but also the charcoal basin.

2, burning gas barbecuestove

Americans like the gas grill that appeared in the 1960s and became more and more popular. The former gas stove has some disadvantages. For example, it is not as hot as a carbon stove, but the humidity is higher than that of a carbon stove (steam is generated when propane is burned), and it is difficult to smoke and grill food with a gas stove. But now the gas stove is very hot, and some styles also have special cigarette cases.

Advantage:

(1) The operation is simple and fast. The principle of a gas stove is the same as that of a household gas stove. It can be activated by pressing a button and can maintain a constant temperature for several hours. No need to point out carbon and add carbon, and pay attention to firepower at any time.

(2) is clean and hygienic. The gas stove avoids the trouble of carbon, less smoke and dust, and no carbon dust. It is convenient to clean when grilling, and it is quick and labor-saving to clean.

Disadvantages:

(2) The outdoor equipment problem cannot be solved in time. If you want to use an air oven, you must make sure not to damage the gas tank, air pipe and igniter before use, otherwise, no professional can be found to solve the problem outdoors. 3, electric ovenstove

Electric ovens are mostly household ovens. They can eat Korean barbecue and Japanese kebabs at home. Like ovens, they have gradually become indispensable appliances in modern urban households.

Advantage:

(1) is suitable for indoor use. This is not restricted by weather and local conditions. Outdoor rain and snow, you can enjoy barbecue food in a warm indoor environment.

(2) There is less cooking fume. Electric ovens are basically designed with oil leakage holes and oil pans. There will be no excess grease on the surface of the bakeware, and oily smoke is not easy to produce.

Disadvantages:

(1) You cannot use stew to grill, you can only simply grill.

(2) Unless you have enough strength, you can’t take it outdoors.
